Cancellations And Refunds

General Electronic Components believes in helping customers as much as possible and therefore follows a customer-friendly cancellation policy.


Cancellations

  • Cancellation requests will be accepted within 3–5 days of placing the order.
  • Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been processed or shipped.
  • Cancellation requests for perishable items (if applicable) will not be accepted.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 6–8 business days to the original payment method.

For products covered under manufacturer’s warranty, customers are requested to directly contact the respective manufacturer.


Returns / Replacements

In case of damaged or defective items, customers must report the issue within 3–5 days of receiving the product.

Replacement or refund requests will be processed after verification by the merchant.
